Gold client 12.5% off all injectables, 5% off skin care, a 60 min purehydro, and £20 birthday voucher. Set up fee of £5, with minimum recurring  payment of £50  made monthly, with 50p per month deducted for subscription costs. All payments thereafter to be added to clients account, and deducted from treatment costs. All remaining costs to be paid in full. Cannot run along side existing  monthly payments. Any clients with outstanding amounts must settle in full before subscribing. Subscription term minimum 12 months. Can be cancelled at anytime after this period, and any money on account to be returned in full.
